Start with Poople if you want the original inspiration and a dedicated helper. Try Feetle if you already enjoy word ladders and want another daily puzzle. Poople ends at POOP; Feetle ends at FEET.
What’s different?
Both games give you a four-letter starting word. Change exactly one letter at a time, making an accepted word on every move, until you reach the fixed target. Aim for as few moves as possible. Feetle’s creator credits Poople on the official About page.

The target changes the route you need. A word that brings you closer to POOP may be no help on the way to FEET. You can bring the habit of planning ahead to both games; you can’t simply copy a solution from one to the other.
How a word ladder works: two changes, three words
Here’s a teaching example for Feetle:
SEED becomes FEED by changing the first letter. FEED becomes FEET by changing the last. That’s two moves, although you see three words. The words and two-move distance agree with Feetle’s official word data checked on October 19. This is an illustration, not the current daily answer.
Look one move beyond the word you’re entering
Work backwards as well as forwards. FEED is one accepted neighbour of FEET, so reaching FEED leaves just one move. Before you submit another word, ask what it connects to next. A familiar word is useful only if it forms part of a valid route.
A matching letter doesn’t have to stay fixed
In Feetle, a yellow tile marks a letter that matches FEET in that position; it doesn’t lock the letter. Each move is checked against your previous word. A useful detour can temporarily change a matching letter, so don’t reject a route just because it looks less like the target for a moment.
Can the Poople solver solve Feetle?
TileHive’s Poople Solver finds routes to POOP using its documented Poople word-list snapshot. It is not a verified Feetle solver. Changing the destination alone wouldn’t establish compatibility: the two games’ accepted words need to be checked separately.
If a game rejects a step, check three things: the word has four letters, exactly one position changed from the previous word, and the game accepts the new word. A general English dictionary or another game’s helper can’t guarantee that last part.
For Feetle, use the official hints and past answers. Match the puzzle number shown in your game before revealing anything. For Poople, enter your current accepted word in our helper, then choose a hint or a full route.
